Every person is unique in their own way, and that is why I incorporate all styles and techniques of therapy into my sessions. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is building a professional and interpersonal relationship with people and creating a safe space for them to share their thoughts and feelings.
I provide individual, couple, and family counseling to adolescents and adults. My top three specialties that I work with clients on are behavioral issues, anxiety and relationship issues. My approach to therapy mainly stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
