I’m Ali-Zia Kerawala, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, autism, trauma, and family or marital concerns. I work with teens, adults, and older adults through individual, couples, family, and group therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment, and work toward meaningful change and personal growth. I also support clients in areas such as racial identity, spirituality, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors, helping them build resilience and self-understanding.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Adlerian, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Family Systems, Jungian, Narrative, Transpersonal, and Trauma-Focused methods. Whether addressing trauma, mood disorders, personality challenges, or relational conflicts, I focus on creating strategies that empower clients to overcome difficulties and live more fulfilling lives. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they work toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.
