Hi, I’m Beth Point. I work with teens, adults, and older adults to help them navigate life’s challenges and find balance, healing, and growth. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, family conflict, and more. I also help people through transitions like divorce, pregnancy, postpartum, and exploring their identity. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian, Jungian, narrative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed practices, tailoring sessions to each person’s unique needs. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and I’m committed to culturally sensitive, inclusive care, including support for LGBTQ+ clients. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, develop coping strategies, and build skills to improve self-esteem, manage stress, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
